Shipping policy
How orders are dispatched, what delivery costs, and what happens if something arrives damaged.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India. Some pincodes are served only by surface freight, which takes longer than the metros.
If you want to check your pincode before ordering, send it to us and we will confirm.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch. Remote pincodes served by surface freight take longer, and we tell you before you pay if yours is one of them.
Made-to-order items are marked as such on the product page; the dispatch date for those is confirmed after the order.
Assembly
Assembly at your address is included on tables, at no charge. A desk is the item where a bad job shows up months later as a work surface that will not sit still, so we would rather do it ourselves.
Chairs and accessories arrive flat-packed for self-assembly, with the tools and instructions in the carton. Most chairs take about half an hour. If you would rather not, ask us and we will quote it.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available, with no extra fee. Cards, UPI and net banking are accepted at checkout.
Delivery cost
Furniture is bulky, and freight is charged on volume rather than weight — an assembled task chair bills at far more than it weighs. Delivery is therefore quoted per order, against your actual pincode, rather than estimated from a table.
The delivery charge is shown before you pay. There is nothing added after.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are picked and dispatched on working days. You receive tracking details by email as soon as the consignment is handed to the courier.
Large items are delivered to your door. Carrying them upstairs is subject to what the building allows and what the delivery team can manage safely.
Damage in transit
Check the carton before you sign for it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it and refuse the delivery, or note the damage on the delivery sheet.
